What is the best pet to get?

Question

i love animals, i already have a black lab, i'm active, but can be very lazy. I love to snuggle, but need my space. I want a kitten, but cant, my dog will treat it like a chew toy.

i need help finding the best one for me.

a guiney pig or mabey a ferret  or if you are active a dog !!! or a bird alll of them are good indoor pets but ferrets stink !!

It sounds like you could have a bunny because they do needs some excersice but survive with minimal attention make sure when its hopping around your dog is in another room and if a bunny doesnt work then get a parakeet

My parakeet liked to snuggle.  Sat on my shoulder and nibbled on my ear.

I have found a Jack Russell to be a very wonderful dog. They are very smart, loving,protective,out going. I have also foung that mix breeds to be the best, better than a pure breed.
