I just lost my phone on the metro, but i was thinking of getting another phone anyway. I will be paying the bill this time around on my own. I just wanted to know what the best plan was and how much i would be spending every month. Thanks for the recommendations and info!

  1. Well I personally love Sprint because I have service everywhere. Heres some links to sites with plans.

    Sprint- www.Sprint.com

(I based it off of my region so type in your own)

    T-Mobile-http://www.t-mobile.com/shop/plans/

    AT&T-http://www.wireless.att.com/cell-phone-s...

  2. If you get a pay as you go phone or trackfone, then do NOT get Verizon Wireless unless you can afford it. When you make or receive a call or text message for the first time that day, then it will take .99 cents off plus an additional .10 cents for every minute. The phone I got gave you $10 free dollars which I thought was okay. But within the first week, I was already down to $3. I was barely talking to anybody. It was the .99 cents everyday that took off my minutes. Their old plan was they would take off .99 cents everyday even if you didn't use it that day. :( I switched to NET 10 which is .10 cents a minute. Doesn't matter if you're out of the country or out of the state, it's still .10 cents a minute.

If you're not getting a pay as you go phone, then go with AT&T. It sounds like a really good phone operator.

  3. Verizon is the best. It's more expensive, but you always get reception and they have really good phones. I wish i had verizon.

Go to that link and then enter your zip code. If the link doesn't work or something just go to verizon.com and go to wireless.. Then go to plans.

There you can find how much everything will cost.

Hope this  helps, best of luck
