What is the best place for skiing and snowboarding in California?

I am looking at whichever place has the best amenities and overall nicest, regardless of price. Why is it the best?

Mammoth mountain= best snow, awesome runs, great food and lots to do (snow mobiles, cross country, ice skating etc). Just a good time for the whole family. I can't wait to get back up there.

Mammoth, Squaw Valley, further south Big Bear. Ridgecrest

Mammoth has the best snow, the most runs and is less crowded, cool night life and is great I would ride there exclusively but it is like 3 times as far as Bear so I get one or two mammoth trips a year and the rest I go to Bear which is the best locally
