IN YOUR KITCHEN if you don't live in Buffalo New York. The secret is Frank's hot sauce, the recipe is on the back of the bottle.  

   Although the bottle recipe says bake, the best way is to deep fry until they float.

      Make the sauce while frying da wings....  yeah you need Franks( the best) , butter, to your liking, I also add a tablespoon or two of minced garlic to the sauce.

      Once you fry up the wings and make em' nice and crispy, throw em' in your pot of wing sauce and toss em' to coat em'

     Then get some crumbled blue cheese, and mix it with some blue cheese dressing, get some celery sticks, or perhaps carrots.  Pour your blue cheese dressing in a ramekin. Pour your wings out on a dish with sauce, and serve both.  You won't get this kind of goodness in a restaurant , and if you do let me know, I don't live in Buffalo, NY!!!!!

Atomic Wings! Their chicken ranges from regular BBQ and honey mustard to crazy levels of spiciness (abusive, nuclear, suicidal)... they also have the usual burgers, fries, and coke if you're not in the mood for wings on a particular night =).
