What is the best place in South Korea to teach?

I am looking for a nice, friendly place that has a lot of culture and diversity. Not too expensive, and has a lot of things to do. I would like to teach Elementary to Middle school ages. I will be leaving in January 2009. Any suggestions will help. Thank you.

There are plenty of cities that have cultural type things to see here. Some of it really depends on what size of city you want to live in and how close you want to be to Seoul. Maybe Yongin or Ilsan?

I'm curious if you will be teaching on the new GEPIK Internship or as a regular English teacher.
