It depends on what weather u are looking for and in what month.

North India is cold during winter months and south India is mild during that time.

Personally I like to visit south of India during winter cos it is very mild.

Take a break at the more or less isolated beaches at the Dapli on the Goa Mumbai Highway. Good hotel are also available in near by. the beaches are not polluted and no traffice of people.
