if you want something a bit different try asia de cuba inside the st martin's lane hotel, its asian-fusion cuisine in a fab setting (just walking through the hotel reception is quirky enough!) and i beleive they also do set pre-theatre offers.

Many places around the west end do pre theatre menus. Right on St Martins lane there is Browns which is pretty darn good, reliable, and has a nice atmosphere. Best to try and book in advance if you can, or allow extra time if you want to take your chances and take a walk around. Of course you could always have a quick burger and head for the pub but don't fall asleep in the show....
