My lil sis is turning sixteen and i want her to have the best party ever. Can you tell me a great place? there are so many places and i need suggestions. thank you. if you can, please provide links to websites and stuff and give me lots of information.you don't have to give alot if you don't feel like it. thank you!

Mars 2112 in Times Square is a LOT of fun...I went there in February. Plus Broadway Theatres are a short walk away.
