What is the best place to study in Europe or the UK?

I am willing to do Masters in Finance and Investments. I am an international students , so want to have a good time before starting my career, fees n money no problems

I would honestly say the UK is the best place, because of the high standard of degrees here. If you think you are good enough, apply to Oxford or Cambridge, no one in the world would argue with a Masters from there! I also think at many universities you would have a fantastic time. I'm at Durham and whilst it is a small city, the atmosphere is amazing. You should visit a few places before you decide, but I honestly think the UK is one of the best places to study in Europe, both because of the standard of learning and because of the fantastic cities and university life over here. =]
