What is the best plan?

I have Verizon for home phone and high speed internet.

I think I am getting ripped off.

I pay 32.99 for internet and about 43 for mhy home phone.

So my bill is roughly 80 bucks.

I have long distance too but I don't use it and because I dontit is less than 6 a month it is too expensive since I can just use my cell phone and it is free. I plan on cancelling my long distance.

I do need to keep the phone though since my satellite TV needs to be connected to it for updates.

What plan do you have?

How much do you pay?

Is it reliable?

Verizon does not go out often service and speed, connection... I have no complaints.

  1. What plan do you have? I don't have one, I use a Tracphone that has a prepaid phone card.

How much do you pay? You have to buy phone cards when they run out - $20 to over a $100.

Is it reliable? Yes, when I don't want to use the phone, I turn it off. When I want to use it, I turn it on. I don't normally use any extra features so it works very well.

  2. I pay $96 a month for DSL, landline, and unlimited long distance. It sounds like we are both being robbed. The problem is I live in a rural area where my options are limited. Good luck in trying to cut back.
