What is the best pocket bike to buy?

I don't know that there IS a good pocket bike, but that's just me. If I was going to buy something like that I would go with a Kikker 5150. Google it and check it out. Looks are pretty sweet, it's street legal in many places, and it should fit your requirements for speed and weight.

Pocket bikes are not street legal any where and hopefully will not be. So there is no place you can ride one that fast. Just because they have lights will not make them legal on the street. They have to meet DOT requirements.
