What is the best pokemon in the pokemon world?

Arceus is the best Pokémon.

It has 120 base in all stats, making him with his 720 overall the strongest pokémon.

Also his ability to change his type and te fact that he can learn almost any move make him the "best" Pokémon in the games.

Maybe some new pokémon that will appear in Pokémon Platina next year will be better, but for now it's defenitely arceus.
