What is the best pre-paid phone in your opinion?

I'd say any phone that you want that is made by LG. They make the best quality phones. And they can be cheap depending on the style. Hope I helped!

I bought a TRAC_PHONE for my father-in-law and you buy a prepaid card from WALMART and it has 60 , 90 or 120 minutes. The one I bought DOUBLed the minutes SO WHEN HE BUYS 60 minutes he gets 120 minutes. He uses his for emerency only. It doesn't have a camera though. You could look at wal-mart and ask the people that work there. That's who helped me. I asked which one was better for emergency only and it can be used to call international (which we use to call ITALY) It doesn't charge you by minute- whatever minutes you talk, that's what they use.So if you talk 5 minutes, it uses 5 minutes. IT"S A GOOD PHONE!!! I have cingular wireless(AT & T) for a phone. Mine has a camera but I have a 2 year contract on my plan. You should ask someone what phone is the best! That's what I did!
