  1. Your child is too young to enter preschool.  The youngest age level they accept in preschools are 1 year and eight months and it is not technically preschool, more like a playschool curriculum.

If you really want to enroll her like in a one hour class only (around once or twice a week), why dont you check out Gymboree?  They have a program for that age level there.

And I think your child being illegitimate or otherwise wouldnt be an issue to any preschool.

  2. i preffer you get a private tutor for that age.  she's to young to go to school.

  3. I am not sure in your area, but what you could do is bring her around those who speak english, even television can help some what as long as its educational programs.

Babies pick up another language quickly and easily without an accent.  At 13 months old, and knowing 100 english words is pretty good.  Its actually really good!

Keep in mind that she will understand more then she will be able to speak at first.  Thats the way we learn.  Its a good idea not to let her lose her first language, often kids will lose their first language, I think the way things are that the more people can speak another language the better.

  4. There are preschools in the Philippines that accept 13 month olds? Here in the states the child has to be 3 or 4 years old.
