Take a look at paytone.com for some ideas. I got the jupiter card for 5 bucks and got 2 hours of talk time to Canada. I had a friend get about 1.5 hours of talk time to someone in Russia for 5 bucks. Lots of choices. Pay attention not ONLY to the rate per min, but if there are any other charges (some round to the nearst three min, others charge an aditional 11 cents a call, some are voice over IP which can give bad reception).
