What is the best prepaid cell phone company?

I want something that for like $20 you get 200 minutes for a prepaid phone and it doesn't cost anything per day to run because I can't afford that because when companies make you pay to run the prepaid phones per day it ends up costing 30 dollars a month.

Tracfone is the best you just buy a card and aadd air time no monthley fees...that is the phone i ahve and i have no complaints
