What is the best prepaid sim card in Malaysia and Vietnam?

I will be traveling to Malaysia and Vietnam and will stay for almost a week. can someone recommend a cheap pre-paid sim card in these two countries?

  1. I can recommend a Viettel pre-paid card it runs about 10 USD and will come with about 4 USD already on the card and as far as i have noticed in my travels here they have the best coverage.

    To refill you can buy in increments of 50k-100k-200k VND
