It depends on how much you wanna spend. If you can spend a lot, then go to special washing company, they will have some ideeas to steal your money...

If you don't have too much money to spend, then buy some ordinary auto shampoo and wash it twice. You would be amazed how nice would look your car after you wash it...

take it to a valeting firm, leave them the choice of cleaning products, go have lunch, pick up car job done

soapy water followed by shamie cloth (leather cloth) to dry it gives it  a nice finish.

auto glym is proberbly the best for waxing.
