H2o Ocean is great for piercings & tattoos. It isn't sticky & its easy to use & carry if you need to.

A&D Ointment is good; just don't use an antibiotic, it has been known to draw out the ink

Vitamin E or H2Ocean-I have used both and honestly I prefer the H2Ocean because it isn't as sticky as Vitamin E and it is like a lotion.
