What is the best product for getting deep stains out of carpets?

There are stains in my carpet that were not immediately cleaned up, and now I can't get them out with resolve.

What kind of stain?....there are tons

coffee, tea, wine, soda, oil, grease....you get the idea

Here are three ideas to try - I've used all of them with different success...

Woolite with Oxiclean - spray on - scrub in - rinse then blot to dry.

or spray and wash laundry spot treater - I left it one a couple of hours making sure it didn't dry.

or

Borax - rewet the area - sprinkle to cover, let it sit and soak up the wet. Then vac - repeat til gone. Worked on red wine...

or

my personal favorite - boil white vinegar - smells terrible - pour it on the spot then soak it up. Works great and removes smells! Super cheap and enviromentally friendly!
