i had bad acne, what really worked for me was the regimen from www.acne.org.  i would buy the cleanser and benzoyl peroxide (together about 25 dollars and should last month and a half to 2 months).  if u have oily skin, mosturizer prolly wont be necessay but if u still want one, just buy your own, their cream isnt that good.  do this regimen in the morning and before u go to sleep, u wshould see results in a week, I've done proactive and murad and this was way better...its a good site too because they rate a lot of other products as well...

well I don't know of anything working "instantly"

it usually takes some time. the key to get rid of acne is a clean and fresh face daily no matter what. i suggest using noxzema cream twice a day..in the morning and at night. it says you can leave it on and rub it in but I suggest rinsing it off with all the dirt and other oils that may be on your face.

Nothing works instantly, sorry to tell you. And its also very expensive.

Everyone is going to say proactiv but don't bother with that, it doesnt cure it and its expensive.

I recommend going to the doctors/dermatologist about it, I'm on a medication right now as well as a cream, i've only been on it for 3 weeks and my face is clear.

So do it, or you will be trying different things for years like I did. (6 years for me)
