What is the best product to get dog smell out of couch?

We bought a sectional couch from a friend of ours that had a golden retriever. The couch is 2 years old and amazing, just has the smell of a golden retriever. (nobody can smell it but me, i grew up with dogs and with clean freaks for parents.) Anyways, what is best for getting smells out of couches. some sort of febreeze? or something better?

rent or buy a steam cleaner , shampoo the couch this will take care of it and keep your window open to let fresh air come in to the room.

I found a product by Clorox called FreshCare Heavy Duty odor remover which removes pet odors better than Fabreeze.  I had a siberian husky (RIP Boo) who had his own "unique" doggie smell and it was the only thing that neutralized it even though no one else but me smelled it.

The only product I would recommend is from QVC and it's called Don Aslett's X-O Odor Neutralizer.  It's all natural and organic and safe on fabrics.  It really works to eliminate all odors.  I've used it on my sofa when the Cat had an upset stomach accident and it took the odor away immediately.
