Limewire is probably the fastest at downloads and the best at searching but not very safe. here are some others

Blubster - slow but v safe

iMesh - Good but involves a lot of signing in c**p, and creating a profile

Bearshare - Same as above

Kazaa - full of virus c**p

Do not use Limewire/Kazaa or any of those get a program like MIRC and get the files off piratebay and such and such

Where can I download music?

You need to try out Snappy-Music.com. It is a fairly new service but they are getting really popular. They offer unlimited music downloads for only $2 a month (I don't know how they do it!) and they are 100% legal. I've been with them for some time and they have all the songs I need and their download speeds are fast.

Be careful with this stuff....I used limwire once and almost completely lost my brand new computer....
