What is the best program for videoconferencing?

My boyfriend and I live far apart, and want to start using a webcam instead of the phone. I don't need other stuff included in the program, like IMing. I have Skype but I don't know if that's the best one. We both use PCs.

i found that skype has the clearest picture with webcam however i hate the "chat" option on there.

MSN (windows live)'s video conferance option is also very good... i can't decide between the two..
