i use lime wire for songs

movies games i use bittorrents

frostwire(better than limewire, faster downloads, but more risky if you don't have peer guardian)

limewire(good overall peer to peer software)

utorrent(downloads torrents...goood for downloading movies of video games)

Well the best program is probably Ares itself. I've used others like Limewire (too many viruses and spyware), bittorrent anv Azeurus (now called Vuze) but I've finally settled on Ares Ultra. Never had a problem with it unlike the others which used to slow my computer down, for some reason.
