What is the best program to make a dvd?

I have videos on my computer that I want to put on a dvd, but only have DVD-R and I do not know how to use nero that great. I also want to make a copy of my dvd I am Legend, but not to sure how to. Any advise of a good program or how to use Nero would really help!

I would recommend you download ConvertXtoDVD. Ive been using it for a year now, on windows, never had a problem!

It will convert your video files to the dvd format readable by all standard dvd players, then burn automatically to DVD!

I personally use DVD FAB with DVD Shrink. Best to keep whole content while pretty clost to ZERO quality loss - so close you can't even tell.

STEPS:

1) Rip with FAB to destination folder

2) SHRINK (if need be) with DVDShrink to new folder 4Gig

3) Delete original folder the 8Gig Rip and BURN 4Gig

It is ok to burn DVD to DVD. I have copied several DVD movies. The quality is good regardless of the sound, picture. Besides, the software can copy DVD disc to hard drive to backup your DVD movie disc to your PC. So I have no trouble to see the film with a DVD player. Of course I also can copy the DVD movies to a blank disc with it and give the copied DVD movies disc to my relatives and friends. Therefore, they can see the popular movies without buying them.
