  1. Almost any projector will work for Powerpoint (due to the predominant use of bright, uniform colours ... which are not as demanding as shading for video/photo use).

    Even high resolution is not necessary unless the presentation will feature lots of small text (i.e. spreadsheets, tables)

    Given the shape of the images in Powerpoint a 4:3 projector is pronably best, but a 16:9 will work fine.

    There is no "BEST" projector since brightness, resolution, weight, etc are all variable that are more or less important depending on specific needs.

    The Moviemate 25 wouldn't work for Powerpoint very well (you could use the S-video input I guess) since there is no VGA (PC) connection. The Moviemate 30 would work since it added a VGA input.  See the link for a review.
