Spanish food to eat when you are trying to lose some weight.

  3. Broiled or baked fish such as tilapia. Find light versions of garlic soup, chicken tortilla soup, different vegetarian soups, and shrimp dishes. Roast shrimp with garlic for flavor, but don't smother it in creamy sauces. Eat salads with light dressings. Plantains are also a good Spanish fruit.

  4. Paella, it has seafood and vegetable with rice.   But don't eat too much of it if you want to lose wieght

  5. Wheat cereal or Vegetables and fruits.

  6. I would go with the grilled fish that are so readily available on the coasts.

    I wouldn't go with paella.  Every one seems to be seeing the seafood, but all that rice just goes straight to the hips and waist.  Yummy, but NOT a diet food!  too many carbs!

  7. you will have to cook the Spanish food yourself ,due to the salt content.eat veggies and fruit with it and don't eat too much or eat small potions every 2 or 3 hours
