What is the best "western breakfast" restaurant in Singapore?

I love kaya toast, dim sum and noodles for breakfast, but sometimes need good old western breakfast. Any favorites?

Cafe Cartel serves good western breakfast. The price is reasonable. The set I had last time came with coffee or tea, a muffin, a pancake, eggs, sausages. The works. An added advantage is that Cafe Cartel is easily accessible due to its numerous outlets all over the country.

All five stars hotels have western style breakfast buffet eg sausages, bacon, rolls, juces, cereals etc. For cheap ones go to MacDonalds.
