Ok you get your favorite box or boxes of Jello.  On the back of the box it has instructions.  Where it says stir in 1 cup boiling water.  You want to sub 2/3 of the cup with Vodka and boil the rest. Don't boil the vodka.  Then when it says stir in 1 cup cold water do the same as before. Sub 2/3 of it for vodka.  They are great. Hope this helped.

Ick! Whiskey flavoured jello shots?

Look at the amount of water that the packet tells you to use. We will call it the packet amount of water (PAW). For this explanation, I'll pretend that the jelly packet wants me to use 1 litre of boiling water to make the jelly.

Measure out one quarter of the PAW, in boiling water, and stir it really well, so there is no powder left in the bowl (or container you are using to make the jelly). In my case I'd be using 250mls of boiling water.

Put the jelly mix in the fridge, in the container for 15-20 minutes to let it cool off a little bit. DON'T LET IT SET!

After the jelly has been in the fridge for a bit, take it out again and measure out one quarter of the PAW in your liquor of choice (erg... whiskey). I'd be adding 250ml of vodka to my shots (because I hate whiskey - it's yukko!)

Mix it up really well and then put it in the shot glasses, or whatever you want to use to make the jelly shots.

You only use half of the amount of liquid that the packet tells you to, so that the jelly shots aren't sloppy. Unless you want sloppy jelly shots, and then by all means use the full amount stated on the packet.

Oh and I am not sure what flavor goes well with whiskey - why don't you try something really sweet, like strawberry, or pineapple? But really, when you have your shots will yuo really care what flavor they are?

cola flavoured jelly with whiskey is really good!!

Just make them as the packet says but substitute half the water with your alcohol. Use boiling water with the jelly and dissolve all the crystals, then add the alcohol..

another good idea for the fruit flavoured ones is to half lemons, oranges or grapefruits scoop out the insides and put the liquid inside and let it set, then cut it into wedges people can just put in there mouths like when you were a kid!
