mac, the best by far, they feel great, aren't drying and last, and they have a huge range of red, so you can be sure to find something that suits you.

my favourite is MAC red, it's a lovely bright pink based red, great for pale people like me. it's the satin formula, so it lasts ages and wears evenly to a stain.

dubonnet is a great more neutral red, it suits lots of people and is very 'wearable'. it's the amplified formula, so more creamy and also lasts.

if you really want long wear though you should look at the matte lipsticks, once they go on they don't come off till you want them too. russian red is a good true red, so it suits most everyone, think pin up girl look.

ruby woo is even more matte, it's never coming off, but it can be a bit drying. it has a bit more blue then russian red

Estee Lauder is the best. the square ones..then match it with NYC Lip Gloss.. pretty.
