What is the best remedy fgor hayfever ?

i 'm not keen on antihistamines , and need something that won't react with citalopram (mild dose of anti depressants) , are there any good herbal remedies ?

put your head into a bucket of cold water with your eyes open... dip in and out for few time...

or wash out your eyes with cold water and snort up cold water and push it back out... cleaning your nose. helps a million.

Oooo I have hay fever / allergic rhinitis too and I hate it!!

I always have ear infections (so badly one time that my ear hurt like it was cut off and I couldnt go to school) and running nose and colds and sore throats and sinusitis....

I sometimes use corticosteroids nasal sprays but since you cant use those, i cant really recommend anything.....

I tried inhaling steam (boiling water with those vaporub oils) and it only helps for the time you are breathing in the steam....once you stop its over :(

jo is right. honeycomb works good too. try your local farmers market if you have one. chew a 1 inch piece each morning until it is just wax. cold works too put a cold wet washcloth in the frezer for awhile and place it over you eyes.
