Santorini is very quite and there is very little nightlife, but it is still a beautiful island to visit.

i can only speak for kefalonia which has great beaches but low key nightlife unless you go to the capital agostoli and even there its maybe only one or two nightclubs.

I've only been to Santorini, but we were on Perissa Beach (which is a black sand beach) and there were a lot of bars along to beach that were great to go to and we went to a bar with dancing that was open all night long. I don't know of any resorts though because I was backpacking and staying at a hostel, but Santorini was amazing.

I love all three islands. Each one has its own beauty. Santorini has a very unique style. You will find there everything about an excellent nightlife. There are also a few nice beaches like Perissa or the Red beach as the locals call it due to the colour of the sand. I don't remember the official name.

Skiathos is very beautiful too. Best beaches I've been to, are Koukounaries and Banana. You will love it. Nightlife? Very good...

Kefalonia is quieter than the other two. Of course there is nightlife there too, but not to the extend you will find in Santorini or Skiathos , where young people stay out till morning dancing and drinking and having fun.

Keep in mind that you will need to rent a car/motorbike on these islands in order to visit the beaches if you stay far.

dont bother with kephalonia, beaches aint all that, n u will fall asleep from lack of nitelife, or any life
