  1. I visited Bugibba about 14 year ago and found it nice and quiet but with all the amenities you mentioned. It is also quite near the beach (and there aren't many beaches on Malta). Transport was good as well.

Off course that was 14 year ago......................

  2. There are lots of bars. That is the busiest resort but compared to somewhere like Benidorm its not that bad. The whole island is very small and there are good bus routes so if it gets too much you can easily pop somewhere else. I like Malta, the people are friendly and it should still be warm. The food is good, make sure to drink some Kinnie. Also, go try and get to the market on Sunday in Valletta. Hope you enjoy it.

  3. Yes you booked the right place. Lots of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops. Buses are very cheap and they go everywhere on the island. The people are friendly and they all speak English. Take the bus to the city of Valletta which is about 45 minute ride from Bugibba. Also don't miss the old walled city of Mdina. Food and drink are still pretty cheap compared to most places in Europe. And the best thing is that it is very safe, even at night!

  4. The most exclusive and best places to stay in Malta is Sliema, or more particularly St Julians - I'd definately reccomend the Westin Dragonara - but there are at least 3 very good hotels in the area.

Service is fantastic, rooms are amazingly beautiful and there are loads of watersports on the beach - and it's all reasonably cheap!

    hope i helped!
