  1. Ebay, more or less. There are a number of niche liquor sellers but they are minuscule compared to the eBay juggernaut. You may run into problems if you don't have a good reputation (both eBay and among sellers/buyers), there are a lot of scams and there's quite an active community of whisky collectors.

    Point 2: A 70s bottle of Glenlivet isn't really worth all that much. It's one of the most common S.M. Scotches on the market meaning there are tons of bottles around and they really weren't worth that much to begin with. Rarity and condition are the biggest selling points but no matter how pristine your bottle may be it simply has no rarity.


  2. Drink it.  Hard liquor does not continue to age in the bottle.

  3. When it comes to aging scotch, only time in the barrel counts.  Time in the bottle does not.  You might find a collector interested in the bottle, but the scotch is probably not more valuable than any you would buy today.  Maybe less so if the cork is not in perfect shape and held it's seal.
