What is the best restaurant (dining for 2) in Canberra?

I am looking for restaurants that others have found to be fantastic. I am particularly interested in the fine dining category.

Know any where that is very good?

If both of you like chinese food, you have to try Hidden Dragon in Civic. Its along the shops near to the traffic light crossing between the  two buildings of canberra shopping centre.

Try the roast duck.

Everyone who lives in Canberra should go to the Charcoal restaurant at least once. its been around for decades and if you can ignore the 70's decore the steaks are out of this world.

Rhamas at Pearce shops for Fijian/Indian food, but you will definately need to book and try and get there early as its kind of small and gets very crowded and busy. Personally I prefer take-away for this reataurant because its so small and crowded.
