You should definitely try "Oh My Gulay!". It's at the top floor of La Azotea, along Session Road. It's a vegetarian place so the menu is kind of limited, they serve mostly pastas and salads.  

What's great about the place is that it doubles as a gallery for local artists. The environment is breathtaking. You get  this Spanish Colonial  theme, kind of "the day Magellan came to the Philippines". Complete with Galleon ship and church (you get to eat on the ship). They sometimes do indie film showings and concerts there so you can see some if you're lucky. It's definitely worth trying once :)
