What is the best restaurant in Jakarta?

i`m going to have my seventeen birthday in a week..but i still don`t know any place to celebrate it..first, i wanted to have it big,,but then i thought its not necessary..so i changed my plan..i will have it private..with my close friends..n have some dinner only..so..what is the best restaurant to celebrate my seventeen birthday.?I like it to be Japanese Restaurant..please helpppp..any suggestion..?

Try the Grand Hyatt Jakarta "Sumire" Restaurant. they have the best and freshest sashimi and sushi ever!!!! but careful, that high quality come with a high price too

or u could go to their 'Grand Cafe'. Its an international buffet restaurant with plenty hot dishes and sashimi sushi made infornt of u by the chef. its quite decent too! i think its Rp.120,000 - Rp. 180,000 /person. not 2 sure. but yeah, definitely worth it! but remember make a booking!

Why don't U try " Ratu Kuring " Restaurant. Good service and delicious food. Nice Gurame - fried fish with butterfly shape and lots more.Price also very reasonable. Around city area.

Your going to jakarta for your 17th birthday but you want japanese food?! get some malay food! its my favorite. i duno where in jakarta though. i havnt been there in like 8 years. boy what i would give for some good laksa right now. theres no malaysian restaurants in virginia =(
