What is the best restaurant in Toronto right now?

Want the most dramatic setting and food possible within 15 minutes of downtown Toronto. Super food in super setting. Beauty all around on the plate and up. Price no object.

'Didier' at St Clair and Yonge. The setting is not the most dramatic tho very nice, but the food is really the very best in classical French cuisine.

You'll want to go to El Centro.  I forget exactly where it is - you'll have to look it up online. But it's in the heart of downtown and it's worth it!
