What is the best restaurant in vancouver?

For pasta and much more, including nicely prepared seafood, CinCin's on Robson.

For seafood only:  C (yeah that's right, that's all the name it's got). It's in the south end of the downtown (west end) on Howe.

For pizza, my fav' is the Firewood cafe on Cambie.

And my favorite of all is one that doesn't have seafood, pasta or pizza - Memphis Blues, at the original hole in the wall on Broadway just east of Granville. It's southern BBQ and is good enough that it could make it in "Dixie"!

Beautifull view, awesome seafood and steak, pasta etc.
