  1. Goldielocks Bakery.

You get to watch a lot of calories.

  2. Olive Garden, Applebees, and Ruby Tuesdays all have nutrition information available or menu choices with points values listed.  They also all have good food.  Tons of healthy options to choose from, but you have to know what you're looking for.  All the best!

  3. I live in Woodland Hills, Ca. I go to Daphnes when I want to eat healthy, it's gourmet Greek food it's delicious! a meal there costs about 10 to 12 bucks depending on what your're getting, but it is so light.  If you get a pita dinner its like rosemary chicken in pita with red onions a side of greek yellow rice salad and dressing of choice. You should try it it's all natural and super hearty! The name is Daphnes. ; )

  4. Olive Garden. They have those weight watchers healthy selection dishes so you can follow them. Probably use healthy things like olive oil and lessen the cheese. Olive Garden food is pretty good too.

  5. Wendy's, Subway, Applebees

You can also get Weight Watcher point values for many restaurants at Dotti's Weight Loss Zone (www.dwlz.com)

  6. I believe most sit down restaurants offer healthy foods. It's up to you to choose them off the menu. Choose wisely. Wendy's is offering options to french fries which I really "take my hat off", to Wendy's for at least trying.

  7. find a local Thai or Vietnamese place

Then focus on portion control and avoiding the extras (spring rolls, sweet dips, etc.).  How many overweight Thai or Vietnamese people do you see?

  8. If you are talking "fast" food, I would go for Subway or a sandwich at Arby's. But watch your toppings, and also go easy on the cheese and oil, because those are big contributors to fat count.

If you want more sit down restaurant, try Olive Garden or the Chili's "guilty free" menu. But most of Chili's meal options are extremely high in fat.

Also watch the drinks, calories really add up.

  9. Applebee's has some lighter menu items. But, you have to be careful. Just because something sounds low cal doesn't mean that it is. Ask to see the nutritional information if you are in doubt.

  10. Dude.. if you are watching calories, i think you should stay home cook for yourself. most restaurant food have high calories content. it doesn't matter they say it low fat or fat free. it still have a ton of fat in it. i m working in a restaurant for 2 years now. the restaurant i work for they have some vegitarian dish. but it stilll have high fat content.  well, pf changs and other organic restaurant are a good choice for you.  good luck on your calories watching.

  11. Olive Garden and Subway are healthy places to eat.

  12. My favorite is Applebee's; they assist in showing lower fat or lower calorie meals.

  13. Quizno's Pita Pit Subway or the local Co-op deli with their all organic dishes. However, almost every fast food restaurant has healthier options and portion control can always make a difference.

  14. Steak house..u can get chicken breast with sweet potatoe & veggies as a side, or sirloin with the same sides, no butter..YUM! And healthy.
