I'd say it's the Giants & Dodgers. Not much of a rivalry right now because the Giants aren't much of a threat but there's quite a history going back to New York.

A few events:

Bobby Thomson hits the "Shot Heard 'Round the World" off Ralph Branca...The Giants win the Penant, The Giants win the Penant.

One of the more infamous brawls in baseball history starts when Juan Marichal clubs Dodger catcher Johnny Roseboro over the head with his bat after Roseboro skims Marichal's ear throwing the ball back to the mound.

Cardinals and Cubs.  Its a friendly rivalry.  I'm a Cardinal fan and have many friends who are little demented living in Cardinal Nation and rooting fopr the Cubs.  We have a lot of fun and good natured kidding when to two teams play.
