What is the best river to float in Arkansas?

I want to do a river float in Arkansas this summer. I dont want strong rapids, but i dont want no current at all either. We just want to drink on a raft and float down a river all day.

Spring River is fun!!  Just have to watch the water level wherever you want to go and make sure it is high enough. :)

Buffalo River

Try the Buffalo.  The whole river is a fun float, but the upper is the prettiest.  The upper portion is very good floating in the spring, but that is over about late May.  

Lots of good resources online as far as outfitters and lodging/camping.

Avoid the Mulberry-it is too tough.  Buffalo National River is good, if the water levels are right.  It's water levels have been unpredictable though.

I'd have tp say spring, which i live on! people come frome every where just to float the spring river especially july 4th!
