What is the best rotation to do for my elective in the USA?

I am a fourth year medical student in the UK and i hope to do an elective in the states. I was wondering what is the the best surgical and medical elective to do

Hey, congrats on being on your fourth year! You are one of the few who has made it that far!

I would personally suggest pediatric surgery...I know University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio has that!
