What is the best route btw West LA and Cypress in traffic peak time?

My new work location will be west LA, and work hour is 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM,

Option 1: 405 North

Option 2: 605 North - 105 West - 405 North

I know traffic will be always bad, but which option is slightly better for me driving to office in the morning, or back home in the afternoon. Thanks!

Pick your poison...Best option would be to carpool so you could use those lanes on the 105 & 405...For the freeway, probably the 405 since you would not have to change freeways...As an alternative, try the 91W (Artesia Bl) to Sepulveda N...Sepulveda would clear up pretty good once past LAX...I'd give myself 2 hours coming and going.

Both will be equally bad.  It's all a matter of luck.  Listen to the traffic reports on TV each morning and avoid any accident spots.
