What is the best route for a 3 day bike ride through the Loire River Valley in France?

We will be in Paris for 5 days and in reasonably good health, we are looking for a reasonable route to bike through from the time of March 29-April 2.

There is a wonderful program in the Loire Valley to promote biking there. For example, you can have your luggages sent from one hotel to the other while you are biking. just go on their site to have all the informations. They might have some informations in english
