What is the best route to commute from Queen Anne in Seattle to Renton, WA?

I'm looking for the best route to commute from Seattle to Renton for a new job, any help would be great!

I would say I-5 to 405, but if you want serious answers with good side routes, ask this in the travel:Seattle category. That's where all the locals hang out. :)

I would actually suggest using the Metro bus system. From Queen Anne you could take route #1 or #2 downtown then route #101 or #106 to Renton. This would avoid all of the miserable traffic. Good Luck!
