What is the best rugby union match of all time?

Question

I am trying to teach some people I work with about rugby and I want to show them a match that was recent. Although low scoring battles are just as exciting to me, I am sure they would prefer something that was relatively high scoring. Any suggestions? Also if you have a link where I can download or watch the match that would be great.

Many people believe - and who am I to disagree? - that the 1973 match between the Barbarians and New Zealand was the greatest match ever played and that it included the greatest try ever scored. Here is a link for the entire game ...

Ooh, so much choice. Well, my (biased) vote would go to Ireland v England when Shane Horgan scored that last minute try. But for something everyone could appreciate, well I'd probably have to go with the Wales vs Fiji match at the 2007 Rugby World Cup  for sheer excitement and flair, with a victory for the underdog. Can't find any place to download the matches but I'll carry on looking.

This seasons England - Wales game !!!

England go in at Half time 16 - 6 up !!! and get taught a Running rugby lesson by the Welsh in the second half!!!

Final score 19 - 26 to Wales.

I personnally think it's wales v the all blacks in the 2003 world cup...really do love that match.

(though I hate these personnal opinion - entirely subjective question thingies here.)

The best match of all time has to be the Tri-Nations/Bledisloe Cup match between the All Blacks and Australia on 15 July 2000.  The All Blacks won the game 39-35 but it was the most entertaining game of rugby I have ever seen.  I don't know of a link to see the game but it'll be in some archives somewhere mate.  You have to show your mate this game and he'll be hooked.
