What is the best running shoes?

I was wondering what is the best pair of running shoes to wear. Im looking for comfortable and kind of lightweight. Since I'm having P.E. almost everyday and running 1 Mile everyday I was wondering which shoes are best for running? Thanks

If you have a high arch neutral, if you pronate stability, and if you foot is really instably get motion control.

I would say you can't go wrong with Nike or Asics both companies spend a considerably amount of time on research and development

i run cross country and i've always got asics

they're great running shoes and they're very comfortable

that is an unanswerable question as everybodies feet and preferences are different.  the best advice i can give you is to go to a good shoe store and get a trained assistant to check what your running style, feet shape, injuries etc are.  from there they will recommend a pair of running shoes for you.  dont just go for the best looking ones. and remember you need to replace them at least every 12 months.
