i can not write about it here

but after forgiving them i felt immensely satisfied

  3. I've helped someone out of killing themselves, gave him hope, and he said he now had a reason to live.:)

I've been a great ear while listening to horrendous confessions from others.

Just two days ago, I collected a lot of clothes, kitchen supplies, etc for Tornado victims.  (stuff I really couldn't afford to give away)

  8. I was working as a "attendant" while in college...I went in and cleaned little old people's houses- easy money and easy hours.  My little lady lived down the street from me- She wanted me to take her to the doctor one day.  My boss said if I did that I would be fired due to insurance regulations.  So I quit the job, and "adopted" the lady.  I still helped her clean her house, I started studying at her house in order to spend more time with her-  and I would take her dinner at night.  I became her friend and stayed with her while she was dying.  Her family came in at the very end- but I remained with her.  That is the most gratifying thing I ever did for myself.

  9. the most satisfactory act in my life would be giving birth to my two sons.....being a mother has been the best thing that has ever happened to me in my life.  Next would be getting my black belt in karate.....that is purely personnel and self fulfilling.

  10. I was living in Russia for a time setting up detox centers through the entire country. While I was there I met a lady who spoke good English. She had been living for 3 months in a train station with her 10year old son. She showed me a picture of her daughter who had been killed by a bomb. A pretty little 7year old girl in a party dress. They had been living in Chechneya then the war started and their corner store had been bombed. Daughter was killed and mother and son fled to Moscow. They could not find anywhere to stay...no money, no friends. I took them to my office, fed them and found a Russian woman to house them. She went on to get a job and live there today.

  11. Given birth to my only child at the age of 39 - he is my miracle and my reason to live.
